Sonae is one of Portugal’s largest conglomerates, with a diversified portfolio spanning retail, telecommunications, financial services, and real estate. Listed on Euronext Lisbon, Sonae operates internationally and is best known for its retail brands including Continente, Worten, and NOS, serving tens of millions of customers across multiple markets.

Challenge

Reduce the regression test from3 months to 1 month. Sonae MC in two of its vital legacy systems demanded regression tests with hundreds of test scenarios mapped and executed manually. The big challenge was how to ensure the quality of the new versions with agility.
