Deskbee is a workplace management platform launched in 2019, serving around 300 corporate clients in Brazil, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and the United States.
Challenge
Deskbee wanted to raise the agility and technical maturity of its QA process, turning the validation of critical flows (P0), which took around 2 hours of manual execution, into an automated, fast and integrated structure for both Desktop and Mobile.
Solution
A Priority Zero (P0) suite was built with a modular architecture in Playwright with TypeScript, unifying Web and Mobile tests in a single codebase. Test data was set up via API and execution accelerated with session reuse through Auth Storage, with reports in JSON and log format.
Result
The critical cycle went from 2 hours to 5 minutes, a 96% reduction in response time, with lower regression costs, delivery within budget, unified platform scope and automatic retries.
