Deskbee wanted to boost the agility and technological maturity of its QA process, transforming the validation of its critical flows (P0), which previously required around 2 hours of manual execution, into an automated, ultra-fast, and integrated structure. The strategic focus aimed to unify and ensure consistency of deliverables for both Desktop and Mobile, eliminating instability and false positives through a clean, scalable architecture with full data independence.
A Priority-Zero (P0) suite was developed with a modern, modular architecture in Playwright with TypeScript, unifying Web and Mobile tests into a single codebase. The team pursued maximum test stability by implementing data mass setup via API, as well as accelerating execution through session reuse via Auth Storage. Reports were structured in JSON/Log format, leaving the platform ready for future AI-supported analysis and refactoring.
As a direct impact, the automation reduced the execution time of the critical cycle (P0) from 2 hours to just 5 minutes, generating a 96% optimization in response time and a significant reduction in regression costs. In addition to ensuring financial predictability by being completed strictly within budget, the project unified the platform scope and implemented automatic retries, dramatically increasing the resilience and efficiency of production releases.
