QA Center of Excellence
Worten is a Portuguese consumer electronics and entertainment company. Worten has a presence in the main regions of Portugal, with a network of two distinct store types: superloja, located in the shopping galleries of Continente Modelo hypermarkets, and megaloja, located in major shopping centers. It currently has more than 180 stores in Portugal.

Challenge

Understand the maturity level of the development and operations teams, in terms of DevOps culture and pillars, to design actions to structure the DevOps CoE platform area.

Use Case

Organizing and executing DevOps practices within QA at the corporate level, acting in a specialist QA squad aligned with the other squads in the DevOps Center of Excellence.

Achievements

Support in structuring the area and in agile and lean work practices, elaboration and execution of QAs Academy, maintenance of customized automation software and support to market software for this purpose, dissemination of quality automation practices and contribution to DevOps culture.
