Todeschini is one of the largest planned furniture manufacturers in Latin America, with more than 700 direct employees and a 125,000 sqm industrial plant equipped with advanced technology. Headquartered in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul, the company has over 80 years of history and operations in Brazil and abroad.
Challenge
Building commercial presentations was a manual process disconnected from the briefing environments. The designer consolidated images outside the platform, with no standardisation, traceability or adoption metrics. Renders lived in isolation and did not turn into presentations automatically, which limited the value perceived by the franchise network.
Solution
Design, development and launch of the AI Render feature: a decoupled architecture through an external API, feature flag per store and tenant for a controlled pilot, a dedicated route in the frontend, event instrumentation with Amplitude and a new "AI Presentations" section inside the Briefing One Page.
Result
138 active stores in the pilot; 902 presentations generated in the period; 514 images rendered with AI; average time of 3min31s from upload to a finished presentation; 14.34 GB freed with an 81% reduction in image size; zero database outages during the pilot; smart squad model implemented, with a significant reduction in team size through the use of AI.
